Orders

Items added on our website form a request, not a completed sale. An order is accepted once we confirm it by phone or email. We may decline an order if an item is unavailable.

Prices

Prices shown are a guide and include VAT where applicable. Prices, portion sizes and availability may change without notice; the price confirmed at the time of ordering applies.

Collection and delivery

Preparation and delivery times are estimates and may be longer at busy periods. Delivery is available only in the areas we list, subject to a minimum order value and any delivery charge quoted when you order.

Payment

Payment is taken in store on collection, or on delivery, unless agreed otherwise.

Cancellations and refunds

Because food is prepared to order, an order cannot be cancelled once preparation has started. If something is wrong with your order, contact us the same day and we will put it right or refund the affected items.
